The third phase of Riverside Residence to be launched
The Phu My Hung Corporation said it will announce the sale of apartment units in Buildings B and D of its Riverside Residence project in Ho Chi Minh City's District 7 on March 29 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center.
The modem apartments that will be up for sale in the 25-story buildings vary between 78-374 square meters in size. Financing will be available from 12 banks that will participate in the announcement event.
The Riverside Residence project, worth US$200 million, comprises five buildings, A-E with a total of 671 apartment units.
The three central buildings B, C, and D are connected by a "Sky Bridge," a special architectural feature making it convenient to move between them. A shopping center and the Plaza Square are also located at the heart of the project.
The first two phases of the project, Building A and E, have already been launched, with all units of the buildings selling out immediately.
