Surbana Corp. to build An Tay urban area
Provincial People’s Committee chairman Nguyen Hoang Son on June 28 morning gave Singaporean Surbana Corp. a reception. This is a group leading in urban development in Singapore with over 45 years of experiences. And, it is the Southeast Asia’s largest consultancy group.
At the reception, Surbana Corp.’s vice president Lim Buey Shyan briefed local leaders on orientation and development plan of new urban area invested by the corporation in An Tay industrial and service park (Ben Cat district). Accordingly, Surbana will build an exemplary urban area covering about 560ha of land with various items of apartments, villas, garden houses, trade centers, parks, entertainment & sport areas, primary, high schools, colleges and vocational schools…
Chairman Son highly valued the Corp’s ability and experience and lauded its selection. He also noted that Surbana and Binh Duong import&export – production company, an investor of An Tay industrial and service park should continue to fulfill legal procedures for early completion of the project.
