Phu My Hung sells 90 percent of Riverside Residence condos
The Phu My Hung Corporation said it has sold more than 90 percent of the units in Building C of its Riverside Residence project in Ho Chi Minh City's District 7. In total, 544 units of the five Riverside Residence apartment buildings have now been sold, or nearly 90 percent.
The modern apartments in the 29-story Building C, which vary between 143-239 square meters in size, were sold at a starting price of VND40 million (US$2,250) per square meter on April 19.
Truong Quoc Hung, a marketing director of the real estate developer, said the Riverside Residence apartment buildings meet the demand for "healthy living."
He said that following the Riverside Residence, Phu My Hung would launch more projects as demand for apartments in a nature-friendly environment remains high.
Do Thi Loan, general secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association, said customers are concerned not only about price but also many other factors including location, architecture, quality, construction progress, and especially the surrounding environment and community.
That's why Phu My Hung projects like Riverside Residence still attract many customers despite an otherwise slow real estate market, said Loan.
