Phu My Hung hands over Garden Plaza II and The Panorama
Phu My Hung Joint Venture Co. has handed apartments under two new real estate projects named Garden Plaza II and The Panorama to its customers after 18 months of construction.
Deputy director of the company Ly Dai Minh said the company had tried its best to catch up with the progress while prices of building materials were skyrocketing. Minh added that although the soaring prices of materials were cutting into the company's profit, it always chose the best materials for any of Phu My Hung's projects.
The US$10-million Garden Plaza 2 comprises 38 apartments and four stores with each having the floor area of 138-204 and 119-390 square meters respectively. This project with building density of about 41% also includes a parking area for cars and motorbikes.
The US$70-million Panorama has total building area of 24,000 square meters with building density of about 30%. It has 277 apartments and 50 stores, each with a floor area of 144-312 and 295-650 square meters, respectively.
