Ngan Binh breaks ground for property project
Ngan Binh Co. has commenced work on an apartment and office building project on Cong Quynh Street in downtown HCMC, Dau Tu reports.
The Golden Hill project will require a total of VND1.65 trillion and will be developed in two phases. In the first phase, the developer will build two 35-level blocks with some 440 apartments, an office building and a commercial center. This phase is scheduled to be up and running by the end of 2010 and the next will be off the ground then.
Japan firm joins property market
Japan Asia Vietnam Co., Ltd (Javco) has opened an office in HCMC, marking its first step of doing business in the real estate market in Vietnam. Javco is active in areas such as architectural design, landscape design and management.
