1. Construction firm to list in Ha Noi
Song Hong River Construction Co will list 15 million shares at the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre, the centre announced, although opening share price and the first day of listing have yet to be determined. The civil engineering firm has a charter capital of VND150 billion (US$8.6. million).
2. Cement firm to issue additional shares
Yen Bai Cement and Minerals Co will issue 1.18 million shares, 1.1 million of which will be offered to existing shareholders and the rest to company employees. Yen Bai Cement and Mineral has a charter capital of VND22.1 billion (US$1.3 million). Sai Gon Securities Inc will be the underwriter for the issue.
