New eco-urban zone being built in Dan Phuong
Hanoi’s Dan Phuong People’s Committee and the DIA company have started construction work on The Phoenix Gardens, a new ecologic urban zone.
According to the master plans, the new ecologic urban zone will be built near the junction of Hanoi’s Ring Road 4 and the extended road of Hoang Quoc Viet, 20 kilometres from the centre of Hanoi.
The construction site for has been cleared, and handed over to the building crew.
The Phoenix Gardens was designed by a French architect, and will be full of open views of nature and numerous lakes.
When finished, the Phoenix Gardens will be comprised of a system of luxury villas, without any high-rise buildings. It will also contain hotels, restaurants and shopping centres.
