Nam Long ADC offers condos for mid-income people
The HCMC-based property developer Nam Long ADC is selling 312 condos in District 9's Phuoc Long B to mid-income people, especially government employees and young families, according to Nguoi Lao Dong. Sacomreal introduces new property project in Binh Thuan
Sacomreal, a real estate firm based in HCMC, has presented villa lots for sale in a seaside area in Ham Tan in the central province of Binh Thuan, Nguoi Lao Dong reports. This property project will cover a total of 210 hectares and include an 18-hole golf course and a resettlement area. The developer, Saigon Ham Tan Tourism Co., will distribute lots for the resettlement areaonl0hectareswithpricesrangingfromVND944,000toVND2.16 million per square meter.

Riviera Cove property project licensed
The HCMC government has licensed the joint venture firm Riviera Cove to develop a villa compound on 9.7 hectares in District 9's Phuoc Long, Nguoi Lao Dong reports. The venture will invest VND886 billion to build 140villasforsaleandrent.
