Most modern resident area to appear in Di An
The investor called Nam Hiep Thanh Co. hurries to complete all procedures and start the construction of Nam Hiep Thanh- the most modern resident area at Dong An hamlet, Dong Hiep commune. As designed, the area will include 8 blocks of 12 or 18-storey buildings with 2,240 flats in totals.
Specifically, 5 blocks are apartments for high and medium income households while the other 3 are places for apartments, trade and services. Public places like amusement areas, parks, planting will claim 40,000 out of 75,000 square meters in total.
As planned, the project will start in 2010, the first 5 blocks will have been completed by 2014 and then everything will have been finished by 2017. This is said to be the most modern resident area to appear in Di An. Coming into use, the area will not only be an embellishment for the local but also house about 7,000 people.
