Construction begins on Romana Phan Thiet Plaza
Romana Group recently began construction on the Romana Phan Thiet Plaza in Phan Thiet.
The project is comprised of three 35-storey buildings with 888 rooms for housing and offices, along with a supermarket and a tourism training institute.
The project will be built on an area of 76.3ha, with a total investment capital of VND4.500 billion (US$250 million). It is expected to be completed by 2012.
